HDB applies its extensive experience and uses state-of-the-art equipment for peptide synthesis.
We offer high-quality custom peptides synthesis service with a wide variety of purity levels, scales and modifications to best fit your research needs. We choose standard stepwise solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) procedures, including both Boc and Fmoc chemical synthesis technique, the current and the best method of peptide synthesis. Our process includes both automatic and manual peptide synthesizers, purification and analytical HPLC systems, and state of the art technology.
Every peptide from HDB is tested by Mass spectrum and/or HPLC chromatogram, and the quality analysis data sheet is provided to our customers.
Protein provision facility description
HDB has established protein expression and purification facility in the fall of 2009. The objective is to provide purified, biologically active recombinant proteins for preclinical applications in pharmaceutical industry and general biomedical research. The facility is mainly to provide services to external clients.
The facility includes designated cell culture room and designated protein purification room, refrigerated incubators for insect cell culture, shake incubators for mammalian cells in suspension or adherent form, biosafety hoods, ATKA protein purification system, cold cabinet and cold room. HDB has also established partner relationship with some companies with profound experiences working with fermentors and bioreactors.
The expression systems we are using at this time include E.coli expression system, baculovirus/insect cell system, and transient transfection/freestyle 293 F cell system.
