| Client materials
supplied to HDB and information disclosed by clients
to HDB are considered to be confidential and proprietary
to clients. HDB agrees to hold such information in
strict confidence and not to disclose it to third
parties, either orally, in writing, or way of samples
without client's prior written consent. The remaining
quantity of client materials will be returned at the
written request of client and will not be used by
HDB except as agreed by clients. HDB agrees not to
perform any analysis other than listed in the service
agreement, nor to attempt any determination of client
materials. The obligation of confidentiality and non-use
shall apply to each of HDB's employees who have access
to the confidential materials and information. Should
client material be shipped upon request of client,
such shipping will be made at client's sole risk and
expenses, said expenses being mentioned in the agreement. |
