Biosciences offers both standard and customized
compound profiling services. The standard profiling
against 40-receptor panel is designed for the early
evaluation of compound specificity and potential
off-target activities, and custom profiles are individually
designed and generated to address risk and selectivity/specificity
for special needs of customers. The assays in custom
profiling can be either developed by HD Biosciences
or provided by customers.
HDB's
GPCR profile/assessment has significant advantages
over others. The service offered by HDB is very economical
and convenient, with two to four week turnaround of
your specific profiling results. Compounds can be
supplied by the clients as DMSO stocks of known concentration,
as solid material in vials, or in 96-well plates.
All compounds are profiled either using an individual
dose, a single concentration or at multiple concentrations
in order to allow in-depth EC50/ IC50 determinations.
